EDF Engenharia was founded in 1999 by a Civil, Sanitary and Environmental Engineer and Real Estate Broker, with a simple conviction: building well in the South of the Island requires understanding the land, the law and the market at the same time — not just the project.

For 27 years, we have combined the technical precision of Civil Engineering, the security of Environmental Licensing, and knowledge of the high-end real estate market to transform land and properties into true assets. We develop engineering projects, execute constructions and renovations, manage condominium maintenance, and work on the incorporation of real estate developments — always with Technical Responsibility from the first sketch to the delivery of the keys.

Our team is multidisciplinary: sanitary, mechanical, and electrical engineers, agronomists, geologists, geographers, and surveyors work together to ensure that each construction is safe, sustainable, and 100% legal—from the environmental study to the final registration. We apply modern construction techniques, energy efficiency, water reuse, and rainwater harvesting because durability and environmental responsibility are not a differentiator, they are prerequisites.
