PROPERTY REGULARIZATION

Property regularization begins with the legalization of construction or acceptance of works, and ends with the well-known registration of construction. This is an administrative process carried out with the city hall of your city with the objective of regularizing a property already built or a construction carried out without a license. There are laws and normative instruments that identify and provide documentary procedures to follow that allow this legalization, transforming your irregular construction into a registered residential or commercial property. At the end of the process, the occupancy permit is issued, a document that proves whether the property is legalized.
From there, we proceed to the Land Registry where the construction will be recorded in the property's registration document.
